Ed, Dennis and Chelsea of MEI represented the Landlord in the transaction to secure market rents on a long-term deal for the 6,000 SF endcap space. The lease features limited TIs, annual increases and a corporate guaranty. The incoming tenant will serve as fabulous co-tenants with the existing fitness-lifestyle mix of tenants at Best Plaza. The multi-year lease at the property was negotiated at terms meeting the owner’s expectations and was instrumental in kicking off demising retail suites in the pad space building at the property.
