A new 7-year lease transaction was closed with a regional urgent care facility which expects to open for business in fall of 2023. Dennis and Chelsea of MEI represented the Landlord in the transaction to secure market rents on a long-term deal for the suite with limited TI. The concluding of this deal puts the 98K SF shopping center at 98% occupancy with only two small shop spaces left for lease. The incoming tenant will serve as fabulous co-tenants with the existing fitness\/health-lifestyle mix of retailers at Best Plaza.
