They were retained as brokers to sublease the space at 5424 Sepulveda Boulevard for the former tenant and were successful in negotiating a new 5-year lease at market rates for the Landlord. The space will be occupied by incoming tenant, Paridiso Crossfit, who has a long-term presence in the immediate area. The space was on the market for a short period of time and accumulated excessive interest due to its freestanding presence and visibility along a highly trafficked boulevard, in addition to having an onsite parking lot. The lease was concluded in a timely manner by industry professionals and the tenant plans to open in Q4 2017.
