Chelsea from MEI Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the transaction and secured the 10K SF space at terms exceeding the client’s expectations. The client is an international aerospace firm that was looking to expand in the United States from their parent company in Europe. The client has long-terms goals to operate at the building and was successful at incorporating a first-right of refusal to lease additional space at the the Premises to accommodate tenant’s expansion plans in the future.
