Rodney Stringer

Vice President, Property Management

Mr. Rodney Stringer joined MEI Real Estate Services in 2013 and is currently the Vice President of Property Management.  Mr. Stringer’s twenty-eight (28) years of experience in property management and accounting along with great attention to detail helps make MEI Real Estate Services unique in the industry.  Mr. Stringer directs the Property Management division overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in assets.

Prior to joining the MEI team, Mr. Stringer worked nearly ten (10) years with a prominent third-party asset management company based in Orange County and was an Assistant General Manager trained by an S&P 100 company and leader in the global retail real estate industry that owns or has an interest in more than 300 retail real estate properties in North America and Asia comprising approximately 240 million square feet.  During his tenure, Mr. Stringer was responsible for approximately 3 million square feet of property in and around the greater Los Angeles and Orange county areas and Arizona.  His knowledge, experience and training in property management, leasing and accounting contribute to the MEI Real Estate Services Team.

Mr. Stringer is a former President and a current Director on the Board of Directors of the Cooper Arms Homeowner’s Association, a Ca. Non-Profit, Mutual Benefit Corporation. He is a Realtor and member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Pacific West Association of Realtors and the Community Association Institute.  In addition to various industry memberships, Mr. Stringer is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of California.

Mr. Stringer is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles where he completed his B.A. degree in Economics.  His study of business, real estate and a graduate level study in marketing, combined with his experience and dedication to the commercial real estate industry contributes to the confidence MEI instills in their clients.
