MEI will manage client property with due regard for the rights, responsibilities, and benefits of the tenants and others lawfully on the property.
We will not engage in any conduct that is in conscious disregard for the safety and health of persons on such property’s premises. When managing assets, MEI will provide accurate, auditable financial and business records; these records are available for inspection at all reasonable times. At mutually agreed upon intervals, MEI delivers regular reports to its clients concerning each asset managed. MEI will not exaggerate, misrepresent, or conceal material facts concerning a client’s assets or any related transactions. Strict due diligence in the maintenance and management of a client’s real estate assets allows MEI to make all reasonable efforts to protect them against all reasonably foreseeable contingencies and losses.
